Spring vegetable pie

I saw this photo of a pie on Pinterest, and it looked soooooo pretty. I thought I would give it a try. Now, the recipe is not difficult at all, but it requires a bit of prepping. I am not the biggest fan of asian food, but I wanted to try something I haven’t done before. And I have to admit, it turned out really good! I only used a few ingredients for this simple spring roll. I don’t know if I like the title… but this article is about layers. Let me start with a short Hungarian language lesson: “rakott” means layered and “krumpli” means potato. Anyone up for a great soup recipe? Yeah, I thought so. For this recipe, you have to know something about me. I come from Hungary, and Hungarians love paprika and sour cream. Spice things up!

I am a huge fan a spicy food. Even up to a point where it already hurts. However, this recipe is going to be a mild one on my scale. Chili con carne, the way I make it. What you will need, is oil, minced beef, salt and pepper, water, tomato puree, diced tomato, chiliBővebben: “Spice things up!”

Why I started?

I have decided to start a blog in connection with cooking, so I don’t always have to desperately think back to some recipes I once made up and can’t seem to know all the details about.
